Our 12-Week Employment Pathway Program is a structured training and work-readiness initiative designed for individuals with disabilities who are motivated to build practical skills, develop workplace confidence, and explore supported employment pathways.
This program provides guided learning, hands-on experience, and mentorship in a supportive and professional environment.
What The Program Includes…
Over 12 structured weeks, participants will rotate between:
In-Office Training (Theory & Safety)
Workplace expectations & professional conduct
Communication skills
Health & safety procedures
Basic business understanding
Time management & responsibility
Personal presentation & work readiness
On-Site Practical Training (Supervised)
Home maintenance fundamentals
Yard & garden maintenance skills
Cleaning & property care standards
Tool handling & safe equipment use
Team-based job execution
Participants will experience what it’s truly like to work in a professional environment — not a simulated classroom.

We’ve worked in the NDIS space for over five years. We’ve seen too many people capable of more — but never given structured opportunities to prove themselves.
This program bridges that gap.

Please keep in mind: This program is designed as a training experience, not an employment arrangement.
Participants are not employees during the program. However, successful completion may create opportunities to apply for supported employment roles within our organisation, subject to performance, suitability, and business availability.

Investment
The full 12-week program is valued at $1,600 per participant.
Family discounts are available for multiple enrolments.
We have flexible payment options
A 10% deposit is required to secure your position.
