Meet the Team

Luke Bawden

Co-Founder

Luke has been working in the disability and community space since the age of 18, beginning as a sole trader providing one-on-one NDIS support. Since 2020, he has also worked across commercial and residential cleaning, alongside building experience in professional gardening over the past two years.

With a background in personal training at TYG (formerly BFT), Luke brings structure, accountability and high standards into everything he does. Whether coaching clients in fitness or supporting individuals in their homes, his focus has always been the same — delivering genuine value and building strong, respectful relationships.

Luke is known for being hard-working, diligent and genuine. He believes clients should always feel heard, respected and confident that their time and money are being well spent. Full Circle was created from his desire to raise the standard within the NDIS space and build a service that truly prioritises people over profit.
