Full Circle Home Services was built on friendship, experience, and a shared belief that the disability support industry can — and should — be better.

We’re Luke and Jamie — two 23-year-olds from Adelaide who met in Year 10 at Thomas More College. What started as a high school friendship turned into a shared passion for helping people and, eventually, a business built on trust, integrity, and genuine care.

Luke entered the NDIS space inspired by his mum, a specialist support worker of over eight years. He began mentoring young autistic boys in support of her business before transitioning into sole trader work and building his own client base. Along the way, he developed firsthand insight into both the life-changing impact of quality support — and the damage caused when standards drop.

Jamie has always been compassionate, driven, and people-focused. After learning Luke was working in the disability sector, he asked how to get involved. He began shadowing Luke, developed his own skills, and eventually grew his own client base as well. Over time, we realised we shared the same frustrations — and the same vision.

After more than five years in the industry, we saw too many vulnerable people being overcharged, underserved, or supported by workers who lacked proper training, communication skills, or genuine care. We watched corners being cut. We saw goals being ignored. We saw trust being broken.

One night at the pub toward the end of last year, we looked at each other and said,
“If they can build successful businesses doing it the wrong way… why can’t we build one doing it properly?”

And that’s how Full Circle began.
